This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting children's learning and development across Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2. You will be playing a key role in helping children thrive and reach their full potential during their important early years of education.

Clear DBS (Or willingness to apply)

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to students.
Provide tailored support to children with additional needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment that promotes growth and development.
Assist students individually or in small groups, offering additional support where needed.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a focused and respectful learning atmosphere.

What are Academics Ltd looking for?

A passion for education and working with young learners.
Previous experience as a teaching assistant (desirable but not essential).
The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
An Enhanced DBS or the willingness to apply for one.
